General

Event Me Now is a Malaysian event marketplace that connects verified users with verified event vendors. Users can discover vendors, request quotations, communicate, make bookings and manage their events in one place.

Downloading the app and browsing event vendors is free. A RM1 fee applies each time you submit a quotation request. Any booking payments will be clearly shown before you confirm your booking.

We currently cover all 13 states across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor, Sabah, Sarawak and more. We are expanding to Singapore and Indonesia soon.

Bookings & Payments

Download the app and search for vendors by service category and location. View their profiles and ratings, then submit a quotation request based on your event requirements. Once you receive a quotation, review the details, communicate with the vendor and confirm your preferred booking through the app.

Payments made through Event Me Now are processed using a secure payment gateway. Your transaction and booking details are recorded within the platform for easier reference and management.

Refund policies depend on each vendor's individual terms. If you need assistance, our support team will mediate. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All invoices are stored in your My Events section within the app. You can view and download invoices for any completed booking at any time.
For Vendors

Register through Event Me Now by completing your vendor details, identity verification and required documents. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed before your vendor profile is approved.

Vendor plans and applicable fees will be announced when vendor registration officially opens. Register your interest to receive the latest updates.

Vendor payments are processed according to the booking payment arrangement and applicable settlement schedule. You can check your payment status through your Event Me Now account.
Account & Safety

Vendors undergo identity verification, business registration checks and portfolio reviews before their profile goes live. This ensures every vendor on the platform is legitimate and trustworthy.

You can request account deletion through the app settings or by visiting our account deletion page. Your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
